As ANBTX’s Community Development Officer, Fannon helps provide support to local organizations, churches, schools, and charities. He has a passion for serving others, and is continually working with new partners and groups across Dallas County and other needed markets in the DFW-Metroplex.

With over 25 years of banking experience, he understands the importance of helping communities, businesses, and residents access the financial services and expertise they need to be successful. From starting or expanding a business to buying a home to managing or saving money, he’s invested in making an impact.

Raised in Emory, Texas, Fannon is a U.S. Marine veteran and attended the University of Alabama at Birmingham.

Nicholas Rodriguez

Nick Rodriguez joined Amegy’s Premier Wealth Management Team after completing the bank’s credit training program in 2018. As a Private Banker, his focus is assisting his clients with managing both sides of their balance sheet while planning for their future. Nick enjoys working with clients across various industries, specifically, with professional service firms and their senior management teams.

Nick was born and raised in Dallas, Texas. He earned a BBA in Finance and Banking & Financial Institutions from Sam Houston State University. He and his wife, Veronica, live in Dallas. Nick is involved with United Way's Emerging Leaders and is a partner with Social Venture Partners Dallas. He also serves as a member of the advisory board for On The Road Sustainability Fund. In his free time, Nick enjoys spending time with his family, skiing, biking and traveling.

Bivens' journey to entrepreneurship began amidst challenging times, graduating from college during a recession. During this time, Bivens earned her MBA and developed her skills holding several marketing roles in Corporate America, with her last role being a marketing manager for a global ed-tech corporation.

Upon receiving numerous requests from colleagues and peers seeking marketing consultations, she was inspired to immerse herself in the realm of digital marketing. Drawing upon her extensive expertise in business development, branding, content creation, and
sales, she founded DMM in 2019.

Tristen Wilson

Tristen Paige Wilson is a Community Development Officer for Frost Bank. In her position, she provides financial literacy in the community and leads the bank’s Community Reinvestment Act (CRA) within the Dallas region through the implementation and administration of Frost’s CRA program. 

During a 16 year career in finance, private banking and nonprofit management, Tristen has stayed dedicated to serving the community. 

A graduate from Fuller Theological Seminary, Tristen earned a Master Degree in Theology and Ministry. She has also earned a Bachelor Degree in Business and Marketing as well as obtained investment licenses Series 6, 63 and a Texas Life Insurance license.  

Active in professional and community activities, Tristen is a board member of The Dallas Entrepreneur Center and Turning Paiges Inc.

With over 20 years in financial services, Ms. Wells is CEO of Wellsons Financial Group, an Atlanta-based firm. As a former CRA officer, she champions fair lending in BIOPIC communities.
