Apply for Assumed Name (DBA)

$25 Fee from the Texas Secretary of State

Things to consider:
The name that you operate under does not need to be your legal formation name.
Ex.) You could be 123 Company LLC dba (doing business as) J's Bev Shop. Your public facing name is J's Bev Shop - your customers may never even know your legal business name is 123 Company LLC.

Why does this matter?
Business credit takes YEARS to build. If your company grows or shifts there is no need to start from scratch - just add a dba and keep growing your business credit.
