Their work provides resources like meals, care kits, and educational supplies to nearly 2,000 individuals locally and globally. 
Sofía Núñez, the Founder and CEO of Empower the Voice, a nonprofit dedicated to helping Spanish-speaking families overcome barriers to education and career success. She uses a peer-to-peer leadership model to empower mothers as advocates for their children and support other families. Empower the Voice ensures that Spanish-speaking families are heard and equipped to guide the next generation toward success.

Latorra Garland is the Co-Founder and Executive Director of The Jacob Way Organization which supports families of children with cancer by providing emotional and financial assistance.
The organization, inspired by the loss of Latorra's 14-year-old son, aims to create a community of hope and resilience for families facing similar challenges.

Tyra Eli is the Founder and Executive Director of Millennial Education, focusing on providing education and career support to underserved communities. With 14 years of experience in teaching and school administration, she is dedicated to fostering equitable learning environments and community-driven initiatives.

Shinee Gaston Jacobs founded STORM Center of Hope & Service to support young adults transitioning from foster care. They provide resources, mental health support, and housing, helping over 1,500 individuals to date. Her mission is to inspire hope, strengthen communities, and break cycles of adversity by equipping youth with the tools and connections to thrive. 
Barbara Edwards, a triple negative breast cancer thriver, leads the Rose M Turknett Cancer Network with dedication, determination, ambition, and passion. They work to raise awareness for all types of cancer, emphasizing early detection and provide crucial resources, education and support with a focus on serving underserved communities.
Carmelita Brown founded The Caregiver’s Toolbox, a nonprofit, dedicated to supporting caregivers. With over 15 years of experience, Carmelita leads the organization as it provides resources, strategies, and emotional support to empower caregivers in their roles. 
Tia Airington, Founder and CEO of the Above All Things Dream Foundation, provides critical resources, mentorship, and wellness education to combat poverty and food insecurity. Through various programs, she helps families adopt healthier lifestyles and develop leadership skills. Her work fosters sustainable change in individuals and communities. 
Shaunte Allen, CEO of Allen Learnimy, LLC, an EdTech company, develops English literacy training programs to enhance workplace communication and performance. Founded in 2021, the company uses a multisensory learning approach to empower employees and improve companies' bottom lines.

Incubating a business involves providing support and resources to early-stage startups to help them grow and succeed.

The support is designed to nurture new businesses by offering a range of services, such as:
